Pen Moore, a former Partner of Moore & de Lisle, was honoured to be one of the nine New Zealand World War II Veterans to attend the 70th Anniversary of the Normandy “D-Day” Landing commemorations.

For many past clients (and quite a few current clients), Pen will be a familiar face having only left Moore & de Lisle in 2012, 20 years after forming the practice with his daughter Jenny back in 1992.

Pen was away for 13 days with the Government led delegation travelling on the New Zealand Air Force jet.  The Veterans were treated like Royalty and one of the many highlights of the trip for Pen was meeting Queen Elizabeth.
